I’m Brendan Aurelius, the founder of Peak-14 Performance. My journey in fitness started with a love for rugby league, where I learned the value of teamwork, explosive power, and pushing through tough moments. Later, my path led me into mixed martial arts, where discipline, conditioning, and resilience became the foundation of how I train — both physically and mentally and even learned how to climb mountains.Those experiences shaped me, but they also taught me something deeper: no matter how strong, skilled, or motivated you are, there are always times in life when you lose your way. As athletes and as people, we all face setbacks — moments where we stall, doubt ourselves, or drift from the path we were on.I started Peak-14 Performance to help people through those moments. Whether you’re chasing new performance goals, building strength for the first time, or trying to find your way back after a setback, my mission is to meet you where you are and help you take the next step forward. Sometimes all it takes is a push in the right direction, the right structure, and the right support to unlock what you’re capable of.At Peak-14, training isn’t just about sets and reps — it’s about building resilience, confidence, and consistency.
